Signing up for personal training can be a daunting decision. But you’re probably thinking about it because you need some guidance and that’s awesome! Addy loves getting people started with fitness or jumping in when they’ve hit a wall. Fitness is not just about how many push ups you can do or how far you can run. It’s about feeling strong and confident in your body. And it’s not easy. If you’re not used to consistent exercise it takes a big life change to make fitness part of your life. But starting slow and being consistent can go a long way to achieving your goals. 

Why not enlist a friend to be an accountability buddy? Private group training and couple sessions also available upon request.
